No Refunds - Exchange Only
Here at Endrick we do NOT offer refunds. Please take this into consideration before ordering any items from us.
We do not cover the costs when an exchange is sent back to us, we highly advise that your parcel is sent back on a tracked service to ensure your parcel is delivered safely and securely. We can not be held responsible for any missing items or a missing parcel. This is the duty and full responsibility of the customer.
By placing an order you will be accepting this policy.
Important Information
You have 14 days from receiving your product to request an exchange. We will not accept an exchange for items that have been sent after the 14 day exchange period. If we find your product has not been returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange for the product/s.
Suit Returns
When returning an item for an exchange you MUST return the full suit. We cannot accept the exchange of only one or part of a suit.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted. Please note we do not offer free returns so the shipping cost must be covered by you. Once we receive the item and inspect it we will send out the exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
